Ger about glass
“I am fascinated by the magical effect of glass. Its simplicity, clarity and beauty arouses my curiosity about its feasibility.” Ger started exploring stained glass in 2004 and is working with warm techniques such as glass fusion since 2012.
He is always looking for the essence of a glass object contained in its shape, lines, texture and color, i.e. the appearance and warmth from which the glass object derives its power. “How can I, as creator capture my inspiration in the soul of the glass object?”

オランダ·ダブルデザインを体現するGer（へル） とPauline（ポーリン）です。ガラスと磁器の美しさに興味を持ち、両素材間の相互作用を追い求しています。
Gerとガラスについて
「私はガラスの不思議な効果に魅了されています。その素材の簡素さ、明るさ、美しさをどう実現出来るか、その可能性に好奇心をそそられています」。Gerは2004年にステンドグラスを模索し始め、2012年にガラス溶融などの熱技術を使用し始めました。彼は常にその形、線、質感や色彩に含まれるガラスオブジェクトの本質を探し求め、言いかえるとガラスオブジェクトの力を引き出して外観と暖かさを現わそうとしています。「作り手として、どのようにしてガラスオブジェクトの魂を私のインスピレーションの中に取り込めるか」。
